StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Setauket offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Hi, my name is Antonio! I am a certified personal trainer accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I’m currently pursuing a psychology degree at Stony Brook University. Apart from being a student, I play ice hockey for the Stony Brook Seawolves and love to hit the gym! I chose Stretch Lab because I believe in the significance of educating individuals about the strong influence that stretching has on overall health and athletic performance.

Ryan is a 2022 graduate from Saint Peter’s University with a BS in Exercise Science and is pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University. While competing at the division one level on the baseball team, he found a passion for strength training and worked with the athletic training staff to help provide rehab and strength training to fellow student-athletes. He joined StretchLab because stretching is essential for staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Hi all, I graduated from SUNY Cortland with a degree in exercise science in 2022. I then worked as a physical therapy aide for about a year before finding out about StretchLab. I'm excited about the opportunities that StretchLab brings with flexibility training! I also love all types of exercise and my two dogs. In my free time I like to play ultimate Frisbee, watch football, and work out at the gym.
With a degree in Communication Studies from Suffolk County Community College, I spend my time skateboarding and exploring nature. My mission is to assist those dealing with individual transformation, self-examination and physical battles inherent in the process of becoming agents of peace (aka their best selves!).
