Excellent Company
My doctor asked me to have my bed checked for bedbugs, so I filled out the customer form on Cateye's website. Less than an hour later I received a response seeking more info. First thing Monday morning they called and told me someone could stop by at noon for a free evaluation. At precisely noon a young woman showed up, spent 15 minutes thoroughly checking my mattress and declared it bedbug free. She was knowledgable and pleasant and funny. No attempt at any kind of upsell, just all business. If I ever do have a pest problem, I can't imagine calling anyone else.
