We believe Yoga is for everyone regardless of age or fitness level. Whether one is just starting yoga or a more advanced practitioner, our goal is to help one find peace in their life by learning how to reduce stress, increase focus and coping skills as well as increase physical well-being. Classes are available for all levels. A wide variety of classes are offered including Kundalini, Chair, Yoga for Special Needs, Vinyassa, Pre-Natal, Restorative, Dharma, Yin, Nidra and Gentle.
